Four Rivers Co-operative Annual General Meeting

Four Rivers Co-operative invites all members to attend the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM), taking place on Wednesday, April 29th. This important event provides members with the opportunity to participate in the governance and future direction of the organization.

The 2026 AGM will be held in person at the Nechako Senior Friendship Centre, located at 219 Victoria Street East in Vanderhoof. A virtual attendance option will also be available to ensure all members can take part.

As a member-owned co-operative, participation in the AGM is a key part of ownership. Members are encouraged to attend, stay informed, and have their voices heard.

Meeting Agenda

The meeting will include:

Review of the 2025 Financial Statements
Directors’ Reports
Management Reports
Election of four (4) directors to serve three-year terms:
•Two (2) positions: Vanderhoof North and East to Burns Lake
•One (1) position: Quesnel South to 100 Mile House
•One (1) position: Houston West to Terrace
Appointment of auditors
Consideration of special resolutions

Nominations and Voting

The nomination deadline for director positions is Tuesday, April 15, 2026, at 5:00 p.m.

Members whose memberships are accepted and approved on or before March 27, 2026, will be eligible to vote.

After the Meeting

Following the AGM, members are invited to attend a meet-and-greet with the Board of Directors and management team. This is an opportunity to connect, ask questions, and engage in conversation. Food and refreshments will be provided by the Vanderhoof Children’s Theatre.

Member Ownership Matters

The AGM is an essential part of the co-operative model, ensuring transparency, accountability, and member involvement. All members are encouraged to attend and take part in shaping the future of Four Rivers Co-operative.
