Fuel Good Day Returns Tuesday, September 15, 2026!

Fuel Good Day is back — and this year, we’re fueling up for an even greater impact.

On Tuesday, September 15, 2026, Four Rivers Co-op will donate 10¢ per litre of fuel sold and $1 from every cup of Co-operative Coffee and Big Cool Slush purchased at our Gas Bar locations to support  incredible local organizations.

This annual campaign is a meaningful opportunity for non-profits, community groups, and local projects to receive funding that helps make a real difference — powered by our members, customers, and communities. We are currently inviting organizations from across our trading area to apply to become one of our 2026 Fuel Good Day recipients..

Apply Now to Be Considered for Fuel Good Day Funding

We’re currently accepting applications from local organization who would like to be considered as one of this year’s Fuel Good Day beneficiaries.

We will be selecting a recipient(s) in each of the following communities:

• Kitimat, BC
• Terrace, BC
• Burns Lake, BC
• Vanderhoof, BC
• Prince George, BC
• Quesnel, BC
  
• Williams Lake, BC
• 100 Mile House, BC

All applications will be reviewed by our Member Relations Committee. Selected organizations will be contacted directly and announced publicly through our website, social media channels, and external media such as radio.

Eligibility Criteria

• Be a non-profit organization, registered society, or registered charity
• Operate within the Four Rivers Co-op trading area
• Support the well-being of the community, especially through initiatives that uplift youth, promote wellness, foster inclusion, or strengthen local connections
• Use the funds locally to support programs, services, or projects within the selected community

Ineligibility

• Applications will not be accepted from:
• Individuals
• For-profit businesses or ventures
• Political parties or affiliated groups
• Religious organizations, unless the program benefits the broader community
• Organizations operating outside of our trading area
• Groups whose activities are not aligned with the values of Four Rivers Co-op, including those that may negatively affect the safety, well-being, or unity of the community
• Applications that are incomplete or submitted after the deadline

Application Process & Timeline

Four Rivers Co-op does not accept Fuel Good Day applications by phone call, text message, email, or in-person conversation. To be considered, all applications must be submitted in full using the online form provided above.

Applications will be reviewed by our Member Relations Committee between May 17 and May 30, 2026. All applicants will be contacted with an update following the review process, regardless of the status of their application.
