Location: Food Store in Vanderhoof, BC

Reporting to the Produce Manager you will be responsible for the following:
• Demonstrating Four Rivers Co-operative’s values of Responsibility, Integrity, Service, and Excellence
• Working co-operatively with team members who deliver excellent service to make all guests of our Co-op feel “at home here”
• Maintaining our dairy department to ensure product freshness
• Handling and preparing grocery products in accordance with company quality standards and food safety protocols
• Stocking and facing shelves, merchandising and building in-store displays
• Keeping dairy cooler and sales floor organized and clean
• Assist in Grocery when Dairy tasks have been completed
• General housekeeping duties

What you bring:
• Able to work daytime shifts in addition to evenings, weekends and stat holidays
• Experience in retail in a similar position
• Basic computer skills and technical knowledge
• Possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple demands
• A commitment to quality and an eye for detail
• Adaptable, organized, efficient and committed
• You’re honest and trustworthy, are results-oriented and strive to be the best in what you do
