Job Overview: Reporting to the Bakery/Deli Manager you will be responsible for:
• Collaborating with team members to ensure every guest feels “at home here.”
• Provide support by stepping in as the Bakery/Deli Manager during their absence, ensuring smooth operations and continued excellence in service.
• Building professional relationships with customers and handling inquiries.
• Promoting health and safety practices.
• Foster a positive team culture with clear communication and motivation.
• Ensure fresh, high-quality deli products are prepared and displayed.

What You Bring:
• High school diploma.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.
• A positive attitude and experience in a sales and service culture.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and various software programs.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple demands with attention to detail and quality.
• Adaptable, organized, and results oriented.
