Job Overview: As the Multi-Site Gas Bar Manager, you’ll lead operations at our C-Stores on Hwy 97 South and Broadway. You’ll ensure consistent performance, strong team leadership, and exceptional customer service across both sites. Reporting to the Gas Bar Division Manage, you will:
• Developing a strong workplace culture which demonstrates Four Rivers Co-operative’s values of Responsibility, Integrity, Service, Excellence in everything we do

• Developing, coaching, mentoring, and maintaining a team of Site Supervisor and team members that consistently deliver excellent service to make all guests of our Co-op feel “At home here.”
• Drive sales, profitability, and operational efficiency through effective budgeting, inventory control, and merchandising
• Monitor performance metrics and implement strategies to improve results across all locations
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, fuel handling standards, and company policies
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training across sites
• Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure seamless operations
What You Bring:
• Minimum of 5 years leading and managing teams/direct reports of 10+ employees or 2+ locations, preferably in a related or service industry (retail or petroleum experience preferred)
• Strong ability to coach, mentor, and hold teams accountable to performance expectations
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities across multi sites
• Financial acumen, including budgeting, cost control, and performance analysis
• Knowledge of fuel operations, safety standards, and convenience retail (an asset)
• A hands-on leadership style with a commitment to service excellence
