Our Annual General Meeting (AGM) is more than just a meeting—it's your opportunity to help shape the future of your Co-op. Whether you attend in-person or virtually, your presence supports our co-operative principles of transparency, accountability, and member engagement.

• Review of the 2024 Financial Statements
• Directors’ and Management Reports
• Election of Three (3) Directors for a 3-year term
• Appointment of Auditors
• Special Resolution Vote:

1. A resolution will be presented to update Rule 76 concerning qualifications to become a Director. (Full proposal available upon request at mainoffice@fourrivers.crs or by visiting our Administration Office at 188 East Stewart Street, Vanderhoof, BC.

Key Deadlines to Know:

• Nomination Deadline for Directors: Monday, April 15, 2025, at 5:00 PM
  
• Membership Deadline to Vote: You must be a member in good standing as of March 25, 2025
  
• Submit Questions in Advance: Email agm@fourrivers.crs by April 22, 2025

Planning to Attend Online? Here’s What You Need to Know:
Members who wish to attend virtually will receive two separate email invitations on the day of the AGM:

1. Invitation through Microsoft Teams
   This will include the secure link to join the meeting online and participate in real time.

1. Voting Credentials
   

• This separate email will provide the information you need to access our secure voting platform and cast your votes during the meeting. 1 vote per attendee.
• Both emails will be sent to the address we have on file. If your contact information has changed or if you’re unsure we have the correct email, please reach out to mainoffice@fourrivers.crs as soon as possible to update your details.
