The Deli

Our deli department offers a wide selection of deli meats, including honey hams, roast beef, pepperoni, prosciutto, and garlic sausage, all of which can be sliced to your preferred thickness.

Co-op Gold Homestyle Deli Meats are hand-trimmed and tied by skilled butchers, then cooked sous-vide style in their natural juices with fresh herbs for each protein. This process ensures a perfectly cooked product every time.

While nitrates naturally occur in some meats, vegetables, and dairy products, they are often added as preservatives in packaged meats. By eliminating added nitrates from Co-op Gold Homestyle Deli Meats, we provide consumers with a more natural and wholesome product.

The Bakery
